What better day than.the first day of SPRING!!! We will be meeting in the parking lot of the Greenway Farm on Hamill Rd. in Hixson . If you're coming from Chatt., take Hwy. 153. You will make a right onto Hamill Rd. (just over the bridge by Memorial North Park Hosp.) The park is a couple of miles down on the right. If you come to a stop sign, you just missed it. We plan to take a nice leisurely stroll on the parks walking paths.

There will be signs for the Nature Center.  Park in either of the two lots.  Hope we are blessed with good weather and good friends.

GRFT ANNUAL FAMILY REUNION -  Our 12th Annual Greyhound Family Reunion is Sunday, October 7, 2012.  Take a look at some of the pictures in our Photo Gallery from previous Reunions.  What turnouts we have had.  We had approximately 125 adopters and even more Greyhound.  You know how they are like potato chips and not many adopter will stop at one.   Help us set a new record.

Directions from Chattanooga - Take I75 N. to exit 11 Ooltewah - bear right off the exit ramp - go right at the 1st light onto Little Debbie Pkwy. - go to the end and make a left onto Apison Pike - the park is apx. 300 yards down on the left. You can park on the right by the City Hall or pull into the field just off of the road on the left side.
Another way to go is to take Bonnie Oaks Rd. to the end (by US Express) and make a left onto Old Lee Hwy. then go right onto Apison Pike by the stop sign. Stay on Apison Pike into Collegedale.

Bring the fur kids and lets have a big time.

Johnson City - GRFT will participate in the Johnson City Christmas Parade on again in 2012.  The GRFT Christmas Float came in 3rd place  in 2011.  Come help us spread the joy.

Our M & G will be combined with Santa Photos on December 8, 2012 from 11:00 until 4:00.  Bring the family and help support our efforts in helping retired racers find loving homes. 

Johnson City - There will not be a Meet & Greet in Johnson City in December.

Chattanooga - There will not be a December M&G in Chattanooga.
